If a customer can demonstrate that a lower price is being offered by a competitor for a product with identical specifications, EZZI.net guarantees our price will be lowered to match that of the competition.
This is only valid for the basic hardware packages in the dedicated server category (add-ons and other categories not included). Prices will only be matched on products with identical specifications. The maximum price reduction is capped at thirty percent (30%) off EZZI.net's original price.
To apply for a price-match please send an e-mail containing the following information to sales@ezzi.net :
- Name of the EZZI.net product being matched
- Competitor's name and URL address
- Name of competitor's product and price
- Link address to the page stating lower price
- Customer's contact details
The request will be processed and the customer will be informed of EZZI.net's decision through email.
